Office Room Too Cold, Declining Job Performance

When some employees complained that the temperature of air conditioners in their offices are too cold, some of them actually-fan fan oneself fun to drive swelter. Though they work in the same room air temperature are made equal with central air conditioning. Never experienced anything like this? So what to do with job performance in office? People who often feel cold it would show a decrease in productivity and accuracy when working. Cornell University in a study conducted in 2004 found that at temperatures 20 º C down, an employee is typing as much as 54% and making mistakes as much as 25%. Meanwhile, when the temperature was raised to 25 º C, they can type as many as 100% with 10% error rate. This difference is large enough and in fact can be digested by logic, because the course the employee will have difficulty typing if their fingers were stiff with chills or even a room that is too cold.

If you include people who can not stand the cold, there are several ways to warm themselves and remain productive in the workplace:

Wearing clothes that are adjusted with the air temperature. Save a jacket, sweater, or a Pashmina at the office as a body warmer when temperatures began to feel cold. Use a hose if necessary and always wear clothing that covers the entire body.
