Determine Target Your Career

In their work and career, one way of motivating you as an employee in order to stay motivated is to set high career goals to be achieved. The target is not the target set by the company, but that on the set by you personally.

Target is reached will give you more confidence in their work and careers. In addition, these achievements will also be a motor that drives you to move forward in your work and your career.

Achievement or you want to achieve the target could be anything. For example, you want to become managers in five years time, or you want your salary increase within a period of six months. Whatever the form of a target, make sure it will encourage you to work harder.

Some things to consider in determining employment and career goals are

1. Write down your goals.
Write down the things you want to change in running a job, things are positives and negatives of your job. Then write down your goals in detail, complete with a target time and effort required to reach the target. Then make them consistent reminders to reach the target.

2. Do not hesitate to ask for help from others.
When you start to weaken because of the spirit of your face and the dead lock failure in achieving your goals, seek support from others. Such assistance can come from your senior in the office or anyone else, and can be in various forms such as advice, mentoring, career guidance and so forth.

3. Perform action.
The target will only be a mere dream if no action is taken. The best way is with hard work and commitment to reach it. If you need to reach your target in honing your skills, then find a way to learn. If you need to work overtime, do it without complaining.

4. Review every achievement.
It is important to monitor every achievement that you accomplished so you can prepare yourself forward to the next step in your plan. Reviews can also be the evaluation materials to errors and deficiencies in the past not be repeated in future. Be open to any criticism and input from others because this is also the opportunity to continue to improve the performance of you.

5. Celebrate every achievement.
Do not forget to reward yourself every time you successfully hit the target, no matter how small it was. Every step will be the achievement motivation to continue to achieve work targets and subsequent career.

Without a target, you will be running in place. Even if you are forced to walk, you will get lost. So, write down the job and your career goals now!
