Job Description
This position is accountable to lead the whole operations functions for all stores across Indonesia and heading 51 stores franchise and own stores. This position also will responsible in manage the P&L for the stores, develops operational strategy, sales as well the team development. Developing improvement on systems and managed the conflict that might arise within the organization.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor Degree From Any Discipline
* 7 – 10 Years Experience in Restaurant Chain ( Open for Expatriate )
* Having Market Knowledge
* Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory)
* Possess strong Analytical skills;
* Making Strategy Plans to increase sales and process
* Proved successful record in Good and strong education background, Steady promotion within the organization hierarchical structure, Strong in-depth knowledge coming from Restaurant chain experience, and Project management experience/policy making
* People Management skills: Training programs and Team building
* Driving people for results through Motivation, Rewards & punishments
* Willing to work in the tough environment ( result oriented)
